Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them — they're short, and written to be understood.
1. Who we are
This store trades as VERDONA at verdona.store. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean VERDONA; "you" means the person using the site or placing an order. We sell in US dollars and ship free, with most stock held in United States warehouses.
2. Products, specifications and images
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including specifications, dimensions, included accessories and delivery window. Product photography is representative — colours can render differently on different screens, and manufacturers occasionally revise packaging or minor cosmetic details without notice. Where a functional specification we published turns out to be wrong, that is covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Any strike-through price shown next to a current price is that product's regular selling price, not an invented figure. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it — we'll contact you before doing so.
Payment is processed by Shopify's checkout. Your card details are handled by Shopify's payment infrastructure and are never transmitted to or stored by us.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud — and you'll be refunded in full where payment has already been taken.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free on every order. Delivery windows are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page and on each product page. They are estimates based on real carrier performance, not guarantees, and they exclude delays caused by customs, carrier disruption or an incorrect delivery address.
6. Returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. In short: we do not accept change-of-mind returns, and we replace or refund items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.
7. Using the site
You may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it systematically, or to resell its content. We may withdraw access from anyone who does.
8. Intellectual property
The VERDONA name, the design of this site, and its written content are ours. Product imagery and specifications may be supplied by manufacturers and remain their property. Nothing here transfers any of it to you.
9. Safe use of the products
Follow the manufacturer's instructions supplied with your product. Electrical appliances must be used as intended and charged with the supplied charger. Any comfort or wellness device we sell is not a medical device and makes no medical claim — if you have a relevant medical condition, speak to a doctor before using it.
10. Limitation of liability
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are fit for their ordinary purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Privacy

12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which VERDONA is established, and any dispute will be brought in the courts of that state. This does not remove consumer protection you have under the law of your own state or country of residence.
