Shipping & Delivery
Every delivery window on this site is the real one. We publish them per product, before you pay, because a vague "3–5 days" that turns into three weeks is the fastest way to lose someone's trust.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on every order. No minimum spend, no threshold to reach, no surprise line item at checkout — across the United States and everywhere else we deliver.
Processing
Orders are picked and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or US public holiday start processing the next business day.
Delivery within the United States
Delivery windows are quoted in business days from dispatch, and exclude the 1–2 day processing time above. Each product page carries its own window where we have one.

Where a product ships from an overseas supplier rather than a US warehouse, we say so on its product card and on its product page, so a longer window is never a surprise.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. Your tracking number is emailed to you the moment the carrier scans the parcel — usually within a few hours of dispatch. If it hasn't arrived within two business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder, then email us.
Orders with more than one item
Products ship from the warehouse holding that stock, so an order containing items from different warehouses will arrive in separate parcels on different days, each with its own tracking number. You're never charged for shipping either way.
Delays
Carrier networks slow down around major US holidays, and customs can hold an international parcel for a few days. Where a delay is real we'd rather tell you than let you wonder — email us with your order number and we'll find out where your parcel actually is.
Sales tax, customs and duty
Any sales tax due is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Orders delivered outside the United States may attract import duty or tax set by your own country; those are charged by your customs authority, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility.
